River Stone (UK) Ltd provides Person Centred Care and Support Services that are aimed assisting individuals live a healthy and happy life. Our friendly, skilled and fully trained staff provide dedicated and empathetic care to ensure all our clients needs are met.
We will assess every individual’s needs to determine the level of care and support required. This will be detailed in a fully comprehensive that will be agreed with the client and their families. Care and support plans are regularly reviewed to ensure that needs are continually met.
Domiciliary Care
We provide personal care services assisting clients with everyday living tasks such as personal care, preparing meals, shopping and general domestic duties.
We can also assist with liaising with GPs and Pharmacies to ensure medication is ordered and collected.
Care Tasks Include
- Toileting and continence assistance
- Preparing nutritious meals, assistance
at mealtimes, washing dishes etc - Prompting, administering,
ordering and collecting medication - Shopping assistance and running errands
- Liaising with healthcare professionals,
such as GPs, District Nurses, Occupational
Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians,
Pharmacists, Opticians etc - Arranging/accompanying clients with
medical appointments/home visits - Assistance with domestic tasks
e.g. cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing etc - Pet care – walking, feeding, pet sitting
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with social and community outings
- ‘Sitting in’ services and overnight care
- Reading and writing assistance
- Assistance with household bills
and general admin - Support with tradesmen/deliveries etc
- Operating moving and handling equipment
- Hoisting needs, mobility support, and organising mobility transfers as necessary

- PEG and JEJ feeding
Live In Care Services
Our live-in care services are designed to provide 24 hour round-the-clock, care and support in the comfort of the individuals own home, to ensure they continue to live independently giving them peace of mind that they is always someone to assist them when they require assistance.
Our live-in care services will enable individuals to stay in familiar surroundings and live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.
